About Rotary Screw Compressor Oils
In an oil-injected rotary screw compressor, the lubricant has several jobs at once: it helps cool the compression process, protects bearings and airend surfaces, and supports the seal between rotating components. It also works alongside the oil filter and air/oil separator. The right fluid helps the whole system operate as intended, not just the airend.
Choose the fluid your compressor requires
Shop this collection by the compressor’s current oil part number or a verified replacement. Before ordering, confirm the specified viscosity and fluid chemistry, operating conditions, service interval, and container size. Oils with similar names or hour ratings are not necessarily interchangeable, and changing fluid families may require a manufacturer-approved changeover procedure.
Not certain which oil is in the machine now? Send our parts team the compressor make, model, serial number, and current oil part number. We can help narrow down the appropriate option before you place the order.
