Parts identification, made easier

Parts Books

Choose a Champion complete compressor book or a pump-only book for either brand, then match the model and source-manual configuration.

Choose your brand

Choose a parts book

Browse Champion complete compressor books or choose a Champion or Chicago Pneumatic pump below.

Complete compressor books

Find parts across the compressor: pump, tank-mounted components, discharge piping, controls, belts, guards and accessories. Match the exact unit and configuration before ordering.

Pump-only books

Go directly to pump drawings for pistons, rods, cylinders, valves, crankcases, bearings, gaskets and pump-mounted controls.

Champion Compressors

Choose the pump family for its internal parts and pump-mounted controls. Complete-unit piping, tank fittings, drive assemblies and guards are in the complete compressor books.

Chicago Pneumatic Compressors

Choose the installed pump model and part number for pistons, rods, cylinders, valves, bearings, gaskets and other internal pump service parts.

Photos help with recognition. CA1 is shown with an aftercooler; T29S is a pump-family reference. Confirm the installed pump model and part number.

Browse pump-only books

Champion complete compressor and pump-only books, plus Chicago Pneumatic pump-only books, are available here. Parts without a verified ordering option carry their number into a parts-help request.

Before you order

Confirm the match before choosing a part.

Identify your equipment

Check the pump or compressor model and serial number. Units with similar names can use different components.

Compare the drawing

Match the manual revision and assembly to your compressor or pump. Compare the shape, mounting points, connections and part number on the existing component.

Check the ordering part

Drawing numbers identify a position in the assembly. Use the listed part number when ordering; some components are supplied in repair kits or have a newer ordering number.

Does something look different?

If a parts-book drawing does not match your compressor or pump, contact us before ordering. Send the model, serial number, part number and photos you have so we can help check the fit.

Selecting parts support from an interactive book carries your selected part number into the help request.
